    Filter tradespeople by what you need: plumber, electrician, builder, decorator, and more. Enter your postcode to find someone local. Set the date range you need the work done.

    Each result shows a live availability badge — Available, Partial, or Busy — and you can expand their calendar to see exactly which days and times they're free. No guessing. No calling around.

  3. Check their reviews

    Every tradesperson profile links to their Checkatrade and Trustatrader pages. Read real reviews from verified customers before you commit.

  4. Contact them directly

    Bizzy Day doesn't take a cut or charge booking fees. Once you've found someone available, you contact them directly by phone or email. Simple.

  1. Create your profile

    Sign up and fill in your trade type, location, postcode, and a short bio. Add links to your Checkatrade and Trustatrader profiles so customers can verify your credentials before contacting you.

  2. Set your availability

    Use the built-in calendar to mark which days you're busy, on holiday, or not working. Availability is shown in AM and PM half-day slots — so if you finish a job midday, you can show as free for the afternoon.

  3. Sync your existing calendar

    Already using Google Calendar or Apple Calendar? Paste your webcal URL and we'll sync your bookings automatically — every 15 minutes. No double entry.

  4. Get found and manage jobs

    Once subscribed, your profile appears in customer search results. You can manage job details, track quoted prices and payments received, and export your schedule back to any calendar app.

For Customers

Do I need to create an account?
No. You can search, view profiles, and see full availability calendars with no sign-up or registration required.
What trades are available?
Plumbers, electricians, builders, decorators, roofers, kitchen fitters, tilers, joiners, gas engineers, and many more. If you need a UK tradesperson, you'll find them here.
How do I contact a tradesperson?
Once you've found someone available, you contact them directly by phone or email from their profile. Bizzy Day never takes a cut or charges booking fees — it's a direct connection.
What if a calendar looks out of date?
Tradespeople are responsible for keeping their availability current. If a calendar shows available but they turn out to be busy, it's still worth contacting them — most tradespeople will update daily.

For Tradespeople

Can I import my existing calendar?
Yes. Paste a webcal:// URL from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any ICS feed and Bizzy Day syncs your bookings automatically every 15 minutes. No double entry.
Can I list more than one trade?
Yes. You can add multiple trades to your profile so you appear in searches for each one — useful if you cover, say, both plumbing and gas work.
Is my customer data visible publicly?
No. Job details — customer names, addresses, and payments — are private to you. Customers only see your availability calendar and your public profile information.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You revert to the free tier — your basic directory listing stays visible in search, but your availability calendar is hidden and you lose access to paid features in the app. Your account and data are preserved, so resubscribing restores everything instantly.
